The training is purely an initiative of CQF. It is necessary to acquaint the apprentice with the ethics of a formal workplace setting and what is required of him/her. It also aims to convince the partner organization (trainer) that the apprentice has prerequisite knowledge about the basics of being in a work environment. The virtual training will center on Human Resources (HR), Mental Health, and Legal Backups. An apprentice is deemed ready for placement or matching with a firm after successful completion of this rigorous training.
